413 Technologies will take all necessary steps to protect our intellectual property rights and aggressively pursue those who violate our copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents and license agreements. In that regard, 413 Technologies considers the following activities, among others, to be unacceptable violations of our intellectual property rights:
- Piracy: Software piracy includes unauthorized use, replication or distribution of 413 Technologies technology, among other things.
- License Non-Compliance: Non-compliance with software license agreements may include using more capacity than licensed for the 413 Technologies technology, among other things.
- Theft: The theft or unauthorized distribution or use of intellectual property may also constitute a crime, which may carry severe criminal and civil penalties.
Users of pirated or unauthorized software also risk system degradation or failure caused by software corruption, bugs and lack of technical support.
In order to preserve the integrity of our products, it is important that suspected incidents of software piracy, license non-compliance and other abuses or violations of 413 Technologies' intellectual property be brought to 413 Technologies' attention.
413 Technologies respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied or referenced in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide 413 Technologies' Copyright Agent the following information:
- an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest;
- a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed;
- a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Web Site;
- your address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are either the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
